Water Yoga for Adults
Enhance
strength, balance, flexibility, and over all body awareness. The class is
based on Indian Yoga posses and stretches.
It is performed standing in water that is between
3-4 feet deep. The water aids in balance and is low
impact. It can be enjoyed by people
of all fitness levels, and age groups.
