Torah Study at 9am
A lively, lay-led, discussion of the weekly Torah
portion. No experience or knowledge of Hebrew is necessary. Text
used is the Plaut Commentary Bible and the portion is read in
English. Among other source books consulted during the discussion will
be the Midrash, the Talmud, Sefer Ha-Agadah and other modern
commentaries on the Bible.
Shabbat b’Yachad (Shabbat Together) at 9:15am
A program of prayer,
learning, and family education. Shabbat B’Yachad
consists of community time with the clergy, one hour of family Shabbat
services, and either parallel learning for parents and children or family
education programming. Families not registered in the Yachad program are welcome to attend.

Join
dozens of familes and small children in the Grossman Ballroom for a fun and interactive hour of
singing and celebration with Songleader Debbie Brukman.
Grape Juice and Challah for everyone!
Shabbat Morning Service at 10:15am
Rabbi Bachman and Cantor Leuchter lead the community morning Torah service which usually includes a bar or bat mitzvah.
Minyan Service at 10:30am
Learn and lead in a creative, lay-led worship community. This participatory, lay-led service is
mostly in Hebrew. However, the siddur provides both translations and
transliterations. People with all levels of comfort with Hebrew are
