Lower Day Camp

Congregation Beth Elohim's Preschool Day Camp is a recreational program designed to provide children with opportunities to play, explore, and experiment with varied materials in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Our program is carefully constructed to meet the needs of children ages 3 - 5 years. We provide a wide variety of activities under the guidance of caring professional educators. Beth Elohim's Preschool Day Camp facilities include a large air-conditioned gym and Prospect Park will be utilized for outdoor play.

Our program includes:

• Professional teaching staff including a certified early childhood teacher, assistant teacher and counselors-in-training
• Full and half-day programs
• Fully equipped classrooms
• Arts and crafts, music, block play, and daily outdoor activities
• Weekly bus trips for 4 and 5 year olds
• Community walking trips for all children
• Special events such as story tellers and magic shows for 5 day classes
• Rates include juice and snack
• T-shirts will be provided for all children (children must wear their t-shirts on trip days)

Dates: June 21-July 30

Hours:

Full day 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Half day 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Early Bird 8:00 am-9:00 am

Extended day 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Note: The three day classes meet Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Camp is closed Monday, July 5^th

Summer Twos Program

Join us with your two year old* for an introduction to preschool day camp in our fully equipped, air-conditioned classroom. The class will meet three mornings a week for an hour and a half each day. The children will enjoy free play including such activities as painting, play dough, block play and dramatic play. They will participate in circle where they will listen to stories and sing songs. They will have snack together in the classroom and play in our air-conditioned gym where they can run, jump, climb and slide!

*Parent or caregiver participation required.
