Watermarks The beautiful and moving story of the champion women swimmers of the legendary Jewish sports club in Vienna Austria, “Hakoach”. This Jewish sports club quickly grew into one of the most successful athletic clubs in all of Europe. Several of its members would have been on the 1936 Austrian Olympic Team but for the events in Nazi Germany. Sixty five years later the survivors of Hakoach swimming team are reunited in this touching film. This movie was a favorite at the last Sundance Film Festival. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. For more information and reservations, call the temple office. |
