Matthew Goodman, author of the cook book, Jewish Food:
The World at Table, returns to Congregation Beth Elohim-this time to
the kitchen. In this three-session cooking class, Mr. Goodman will show
us how to prepare delicacies from the Italian-Jewish, Indian-Jewish,
and Mexican-Jewish traditions. Each week we'll learn how to prepare up
to three different dishes in a hands-on format. Class size is limited
to twelve students; you must register in advance.
