The 145th ANNUAL MEETING of the Membership of Congregation Beth Elohim will take place on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 8:00 PM in the Temple House, 274 Garfield Place in the borough of Brooklyn, City of New York for the following purposes:
· Receiving the Annual Report of the Congregation, including the reports of the President, Treasurer, Rabbi, Executive Director and Committees;
· Receiving the report of the Committee on Nominations, a copy of which is annexed hereto;
· Electing Trustees and Officers of the Congregation;
· Installing Trustees and Officers of the Congregation;
· Establishing the Rabbi’s annual compensation;
· Transacting such other business as may properly come before the assemblage.
