| All are invited to join in a lively discussion of the weekly Torah portion on Shabbat morning. Participants are of all ages and come from many walks of life to this wonderful and interesting sessions. No experience is necessary. Novices as well as scholars are welcome. The text used is the Plaut Commentary Bible and the portion is read in English. Among other source books consulted during the discussion will be the Midrash, the Talmud, Sefer Ha-Agadah and other modern commentaries on the Bible. |
