Honoring Our Parents, Learning to Nurture Ourselves

This 3-part class, offered over the course of three months, will address both the practical and spiritual issues that arise in caring for our aging parents. We will learn from experienced Eldercare professionals about the resources available to us and will also spend contemplative time studying Jewish texts and looking within ourselves, as caregivers, for opportunities to find greater meaning and comfort within times of crisis.
