Jewish Food from Around the Globe, Throughout the Year

Matthew Goodman, author of the cookbook, Jewish Food: The World at Table, returns to Congregation Beth Elohim with another series in the kitchen. This time, Mr. Goodman will teach three classes, each of which will introduce us to distinctive traditional culinary specialties keyed to the Jewish calendar. One class will be taught on the foods traditionally prepared on Chanukah; the second class will cover meals for Passover. A third class will bring an international flavor to the traditional Shabbat meal. In each class, we’ll prepare up to three different dishes in a hands-on-format.

Class-size is limited to twelve students and you must register in advance.
